Instant EcoHomes insulated our attic and walls today. From the start it was a great experience. We received a visit and a quote quickly and were booked in within a matter of weeks. During the insulation process, they were professional, friendly and really neat which we appreciated! Loads of great communication too about SEAI grants and how to apply etc. All in all a seamless experience and we were happy to have chosen Instant EcoHomes!

Nick and the team @ Instant Eco Homes recently insulated our loft/attic and all external cavity walls. During the quote process, Nick talked us through a complete range of items including adding window vents & soffit vents, protecting downlights with custom covers, reinsulating our water pipes, full upgrade coverage to our water tank, and installing loft flooring etc. Their quote was both the most comprehensive, and best priced. From the start it was a great experience, During the insulation process, they were the most professional, friendly and neat team to complete work on our house, which we cannot overstate! All works were done to the highest standards. Great communication too about SEAI grants and how to apply etc. Nick personally worked with us through the grant process. In the few weeks after work completed, we cannot believe the difference in warmth and sound insulation. Wish there was more stars to give, from the moment Nick answered my query on insulation, to arriving at my home, the professionalism was off the charts. From assessing the house, helping out with the grant application, to turning up to do the insulation. The communication was excellent and professionalism was the same once the lads turn up to do the insulation and a constant throughout the job. Would 110% recommend Nick & the lads.
Nick and his team did a great job upgrading our home, i.e. doing the cavity wall and attic floor insulation as well as raising the existing attic floor. Prior to doing this job he examined the house / attic and discussed in much detail the work, required paperwork for grant application and possible options.
He and his team arrived in time for every single appointment (“9:30 am on the dot”) and responsive via email, and considering the amount of drilling and moving material around they did a very clean job.
